  • Spent the afternoon with the awesome employees of Digitas Marketing, talking all things home-buying. What an amazing company for which to work. Digitas provides consistent opportunities for learning, and total health and well-being to its employees. Thanks for having me!

 

• Mayor Emanuel Announces a New Home Buyer Assistance Program – (Jan. 2016)
  • This week, Mayor Rahm Emanuel announced the launch of a new Home Buyer Assistance Program. Buyers who qualify (based on household income) can receive a grant of up to 5 percent of the loan amount. The program will be launched with an initial $1 million in funds (Note: $1M will go fast! Buyers who already have a pre-approval letter in hand, and are ready to make an offer on a home, will have the best chance of receiving these funds while they last).  The funds are not yet available though. More details are expected over the coming months. Stay tuned!!

 

• My client surprises his fiancee with a beautiful new home! – (Jan. 2016)
  • THESE are the moments I LOVE as a Real Estate Advisor. In this video, my client surprises his beautiful fiancee with a new home that he just closed on the day prior (The :31 second mark is my favorite :-). She had NO idea. I have the most AMAZING clients, and am honored to have had a little part in their story as they begin their life together!
